We want you to be happy with Caregevity. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at hello@caregevityagency.com and we'll help you process the refund.
Recurring subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the paid period. If you were charged for a renewal you no longer want, contact us within 30 days of that renewal and we will work with Paddle to refund it.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
